By accessing or using the South Asian Network Operators Group (SANOG) website, mailing lists, or attending our events, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. These terms govern your participation in the SANOG community and your use of all digital and physical resources provided by the group.

By submitting content to SANOG, you grant SANOG a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to distribute and display the work for educational and community-building purposes.

The SANOG logo and name are trademarks of the organization. Use of the logo for commercial purposes or in any way that implies official endorsement without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

SANOG provides technical information and community discussions "as is". While we strive for accuracy, SANOG and its contributors make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the technical advice, configuration examples, or software code shared within the community.

In no event shall SANOG be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on SANOG's website or discussed at our forums.

5. Governing Law

Any claim relating to the SANOG website or services shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the current SANOG secretariat is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
