Introduction
The South Asian Network Operators Group (SANOG) holds two meetings every year. These meetings are the primary venue for technical exchange, workshops, and networking among internet service providers and network engineers in South Asia.
Host Responsibilities
The local host is responsible for the overall logistical arrangements and local coordination. Key responsibilities include:
- Securing a suitable venue for workshops (3-5 days) and the conference (2-3 days).
- Providing high-speed Internet connectivity for the venue.
- Coordinating local logistics including catering, local transportation guidance, and social events.
- Managing local sponsorships and meeting registrations.
- Assisting international participants with visa invitation letters.

Main plenary hall for 200+ delegates and 3-4 breakout rooms for technical workshops.
